Police in Telford are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Ketley. The incident occurred at a part of Ketley called Ketley Town on Friday 23rd July.

Sometime between 4.50pm and 5.15pm it appears that thieves entered the property by forcing open and then climbing through the kitchen window at the rear of the house. Although it appears that a number of items have been moved around in the house, at the present time it seems that nothing was stolen before the thieves left the property.

Police suspect the thieves were probably disturbed as they were carrying out this burglary which is why they left the house without actually stealing anything.

Anyone with information about this incident, or who believes they may have witnessed anything suspicious in the Ketley Town area of Ketley at around the time this burglary was taking place, is asked to call police in Telford on 0300 333 3000.

Alternatively, please remember that you can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 if you’d rather leave information without identifying yourself.
